the moroders are two young chaps from dresden whose dj-ing philosophy is "to make people dance to quality tracks, regardless of which genre does it to them." needless to say this earned them a place in our hearts. they run a monthly club in there home town in a tiny sweatbox called altes wettbüro where the capacity is only 150 but "all of them are dancing."

in the past they have featured sets from daniel wang, kaos and runaway and on march 14th we'll be hopping on a plane to play alongside them. if you're in dresden we hope to see you there but as you can tell by this mix you really should be going every month. great djs and lovely guys to boot.

neil parnell has been going under the name tronik youth for two years now. coming from a background in house, disco and italo, he has remixed franz and shape, headman, the gossip and new young pony club amongst others.

his 1st single came out nov 2007 on back-yard, with its follow up laugh/cry/live/die coming in march. his album is currently taking shape and includes guest vocals from ty of new young pony club. he promises some more downtempo spacey stuff as well as the bangers.

we're back at the amersham arms this saturday for our monthly residency and we're joined this time by kompakt's the field. responsible for one of the stand out albums of last in 'for here we go sublime', his unique cut up ambient techno sounds are as suitable for the dancefloor as they are for home listening. when he played with us last year at the kompakt party at plastic people he slayed the crowd and you can expect more of the same at the amersham with his amazing live set.

along with his friends at dfa, jacques renault helped push the full on disco into new york's dance punk scene. with his edits, original tracks and collaborative project runaway he has released music on italians do it better, editions disco, wurst and RVNG. this year their taking their game furthur with release for brennan green's chinatown, matt edward's rekids.
