this week's mix comes from dc recordings artist kelpe or kel mckeown as his bank manager knows him.

kel first started turning heads back in 2003 with the fractured beats of his first dc ep "the people are trying to sleep". since gaining heady praise from no other than the wire for his first long player "see inside body" - they called it "one of the most engrossing listens in recent electronic music" - he has kept busy producing musc inspired by such great as steve reich, tortoise and harmonia - you can see why we like him.
