madrid based producer and dj tadeo has been releasing his own spin on the berlin-detroit techno nexus for the last five years culminating in the release of his recent contacto long player. the release,long delayed from spring of last year due to various distribution problems, is his attempt to create "not a selection of tracks focused on the dancefloor, but it´s rather like a trip or a film." you can finally purchase his work here.

to celebrate the release tadeo has picked up the allez-allez ball and well and truly run with it creating an intensely personal mix made up of major influences on his work. enjoy.

tim sweeney has been hosting his weekly beats in space radio show for the student run radio station wynu in nyc for a mind boggling nine years. in those years he has had featured guest dj sets from the cream of the dance world including jd twitch, lindstrom, erol alkan, james murphy, superpitcher, simian mobile disco and nicky siano to name a fraction (the whole nine years is archived over at the site), plus developing a reputation for himself as an international dj of the highest calibre. last week we were honoured to join this illustrious company for an hour with this new mix. we think it's probably our best yet (oh, and check out the opening track, written by yours truly, and forthcoming on cologne's firm label).
